Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Customer Interaction Skills:
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional manner, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
- Respond to customer emails and messages in a prompt and courteous manner, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Maintain a positive attitude in all customer interactions, building trust and rapport with customers.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in processing requests and preparing reports, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Ensure accurate recording of customer information, maintaining confidentiality and security.
- Issue Resolution:
- Act as liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Follow up on requests for satisfaction and timely resolution, ensuring a high level of customer service.
