Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our regional marketing efforts in Asia. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and managing effective marketing strategies, programs and demand generation campaigns that position us as a trusted, proven and innovative market leader.

You will work closely with the sales team to build an effective marketing plan that delivers quality sales leads. This includes working with Asia VPs to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, building relationships with analysts, advisors, consultants and influencers across the region, and executing closed-loop, integrated marketing campaigns focusing on digital (online, eDM, SEM) marketing across Asia.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue
  • Work with sales team to build a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the region
  • Design and execute field marketing events, webinars and conferences
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure ROI
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years of marketing experience in IT or technology industry
  • 3+ years Regional Marketing Management experience
  • Strong individual performer and effective in matrix team organizations
  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin
