ROLE PURPOSE

As an individual contributor, Marketing Lead, Southeast Asia will be responsible for strategic planning, development, implementation, lead generation and consumer marketing initiatives for all Southeast Asia markets.

Strategic Role Responsibilities
- Work closely with SEA commercial leaders and regional/international marketing team to develop business and strategic plan, priority of projects, launch roadmaps and partner with distributors to ensure seamless execution
- Develop brand strategy, market positioning and differentiation strategies to build strong brand equity in SEA market

Operational Role Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact in SEA marketing for all current portfolio and new product launches
- Work closely with in-country marketing teams (distributors) to roll out new products, programs and promotion and leverage their resources, budget as needed
- Support international and global team’s upstream projects by providing inputs and leading pilots and limited release in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Develop and monitor product performance and trend of SEA markets and provide recommendations for further adoption and growth
- Provide market insights on industry trend, product and customer unmet needs, and competition
- Maintain good working relationship with customers, peers and distributors

Education
- Associate’s degree required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree required
- PhD required
- Education and experience combination:

- Associate’s degree is equivalent to 18 months of experience
- Bachelor’s degree is equivalent to three (3) years of experience
- Master’s degree is equivalent to four (4) years of experience

**Specific Area of Study**: Business, Marketing or Science preferred

Experience
- 0 to 2 years relevant experience
- 2 to 5 years relevant experience
- 5 to 8 years relevant experience
- 8+ years relevant experience

**Specific Related Experience**:

- Working experience in marketing fields preferably in aesthetic device/drugs, medical device or healthcare industry
