  • Install and maintain PCs, associated software, networks, servers, peripherals, and other devices\
  • Support network products from operational and maintenance perspectives, including preventative maintenance activities\
  • Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required\
  • Test and certify PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications\
  • Follow up on problems or escalations\
  • Maintain professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress\
  • Meet SLA requirements and ensure client satisfaction in all interactions\

  • High School Diploma or GED required\
  • Technical certification or Associate Degree may be required\
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience\
\What We Offer:\

  • Rotating 12-hour shifts or as assigned\
  • Shift rotation: 3 days work followed by 2 days rest, then 2 days work followed by 3 days rest\
  • Bi-monthly shift changes between day and night shifts\
