**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to our employees, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in IT and infrastructure operations
- A+ certification
- Expertise in problem management, incident management, configuration management, and the ITIL framework
- Demonstrated success in decision-making and troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
