Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly driven VP of Sales Advertising to lead our sales efforts in Southeast Asia (SEA). As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for acquiring top-tier partnerships and building strong relationships with local, regional, and international agencies. Your expertise will help drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and establish relationships with key decision-makers from agencies and partners in SEA
- Identify and recruit new reseller channels, negotiating commercial terms
- Build strong rapport with existing partners to drive revenue growth
- Track, analyze, and report key statistics on partner performances
- Lead a team of sales professionals to close deals and campaigns with brands and agencies
- Develop and coach the team to ensure timely scaling of our SEA product placements and advertising revenue
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in agencies or DSPs
- Excellent communication, presentation, social, and negotiation skills
- Highly driven, capable of working independently to expand our business, and experienced in exceptional B2B relationship management
- Results-oriented, skilled in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data
- Ability to own personal and team revenue/sales targets for SEA
