Business Development Manager

This role will play a pivotal part in driving commercial growth for our esteemed client, an industry leader renowned for its innovative solutions across various sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing assigned accounts and securing new business opportunities within the Energy Offshore market.

  • Develop strategic relationships with regional and global clients to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet performance targets.
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement proactive initiatives to improve sales performance.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics sales, preferably within the project logistics sector.
  • A track record of success in sales within the Energy / Offshore / Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Energy Offshore sectors and project-based logistics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and effective cross-functional communication skills.
  • Drive, commercial acumen, and a customer-centric approach.
