Residential Development Lead

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Project Manager. As the primary point of contact for residential building projects, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of residential building projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor site progress, budgets, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct project meetings, provide regular progress reports, and proactively address any issues or delays.
- Mentor and guide project/site teams to foster high performance and morale.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field. Additionally, you should have proven experience managing residential building projects in Singapore, coupled with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
