Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Administrator to join our team at ANRADUS PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to customer inquiries and handle incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and follow up on payments upon job completion.
  • Prepare and track all customer service contracts to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide full administrative support to the service department, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc assignments and duties as required.
Requirements
  • ITE Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Basic knowledge of spare parts is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
