Fault Tolerant Design Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Failure Analysis Associate Engineer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting product failure analysis and maintaining our state-of-the-art laboratory equipment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to conduct thorough electrical and physical failure analysis to identify root causes of product yield and wafer return issues.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Conducting Electrical/Physical failure analysis for product yield and wafer return
- Performing physical failure analysis using FIB/TEM/SEM/EDX/Sela Cleave
- Carrying out layer by layer mechanical polishing
- Having experience on IV curve tracing and hotspot analysis
- Compiling FA reports based on FA work done
- Maintaining FA Lab tools/equipment
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Material/Mechanical Engineering or Physics science
- Experience in FA lab with Cu technology process would be advantageous
- Fresh Diploma graduates will be considered

- Highly committed with good ownership and accountability
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
