Role Overview:

  • Establish and maintain risk tolerance levels that align with strategic and business objectives.
  • Conduct risk analysis and assessments to identify potential risks impacting the organization.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize exposure.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing value-added insights on risk issues and influencing change within the organization.
  • Developing tailored risk reports for various audiences.
  • Building risk awareness among 3 lines of defense.

Required Qualifications And Skills:

  • More than 5 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), preferably in Integrated Assurance Framework (IAF).
  • Subject matter expertise in ERM, Insurance Management, Credit risk, Commodity risk/VaR or GMar simulations, Business Continuity Management.
