Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various business units. You will lead risk reviews, conduct metrics analysis, and ensure timely escalations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and threats.
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform risk-based decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management processes and procedures.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management best practices.
Requirements:
To be successful as a Risk Management Specialist, you will need to have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. You should also have excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or finance, is typically required.
