Channel Sales Manager

As a Channel Sales Manager at TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through e-commerce platforms and physical retail stores in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
Design and execute plans to increase sales through e-commerce and retail channels, leveraging market trends and customer insights.
Build and Maintain Channel PartnershipsEstablish and nurture strong relationships with online marketplaces, retailers, and other channel partners to achieve sales targets and promote the company's surveillance solutions.
Train and Support PartnersProvide training and support to partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell the products.
Market Analysis and Opportunity IdentificationAnalyze market trends and identify growth opportunities to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Collaborate with MarketingWork closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.
Performance Monitoring and ImprovementMonitor partner performance and provide feedback to suggest improvements and optimize sales strategies.
Negotiate ContractsNegotiate contracts with partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that drive sales growth and revenue.
Customer Feedback and Product ImprovementGather feedback from partners and customers to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:- Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with 5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development.
Industry Knowledge and SkillsStrong understanding of e-commerce platforms, physical retail channels, and the security solutions market, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Travel and CollaborationAbility to work independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to travel for meetings and industry events.
