Sales Channel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Anradus Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing sales channels across assigned territories, aligning with business unit objectives to formulate annual business plans for sales channels, and cultivating an understanding of target account management and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop sales channels across assigned territories to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Formulate annual business plans for sales channels in alignment with business unit objectives, ensuring strategic alignment and goal achievement.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of target account management and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Foster strong relationships with industry peers and stakeholders to build a robust network of contacts and partnerships.
- Expand client base and pinpoint growth opportunities within assigned regions, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
- Utilize local and headquarters support resources effectively to drive sales performance and achieve business objectives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by superior, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher, with a minimum of 3 years in sales.
- Familiarity with technical concepts, especially in machine vision, to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using various software and tools to drive sales performance and achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrate team collaboration abilities and experience in team leadership to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++/C#/Python is advantageous, but not required.
- Able to travel frequently to meet with clients and stakeholders, as required.
