
Strategic HR Partnership

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders and employees, providing expert guidance on various HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, and talent development. Key responsibilities will include supporting the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in their efforts to drive business outcomes through proactive and consultative approaches.
This dynamic individual will also be responsible for collaborating with HRBP and the HR Centre of Excellence to deliver key projects, including policy reviews, employee engagement surveys, people development programs, change management plans, and promotional exercises. They will serve as the primary point of contact for providing professional advice on HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, recruitment processes, performance management, and rewards strategies.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to initiate improvements to internal HR processes, systems, and communications, enhancing service experience for all stakeholders. This may involve educating People Managers and employees on policy/system changes and implications, gathering feedback, and implementing process enhancements.
The role also encompasses operational excellence and support, partnering with HRBP on various matters such as manpower planning, staff performance appraisal, promotion, reappointment exercises, job postings, contract renewals, and maintaining staff information databases. The Strategic HR Partner will conduct effective induction and orientation sessions to facilitate new staff integration and support staff welfare initiatives within the unit(s).
