Human Resource Business Partners play a pivotal role in fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders to drive effective HR operations that align with our organization's strategic objectives.

As an integral member of our team, you will partner closely with Heads of Departments and Team Leads to oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding and offboarding. This involves administering talent acquisition forms, preparing salary proposals, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed efficiently.

Your expertise in employee relations will be invaluable in handling disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance improvement plans. You will also provide timely advice on HR policies and procedures to enhance employee communication, engagement, and performance.

Additionally, you will facilitate staff engagement sessions, handle work pass applications for foreign hires, and participate in performance management reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering talent acquisition forms and preparing salary proposals
  • Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Providing timely advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Facilitating staff engagement sessions and handling work pass applications

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business or a related field, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR business partnership, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry would be an advantage
