Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role is part of the Compliance function at Amgen, focusing on supporting the development and implementation of healthcare compliance programs globally.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Acting as the primary point of contact to support the JAPAC region
• Working closely with manager and other single points of contacts to support alignment internationally and globally
• Providing support during the development and implementation of healthcare compliance programs globally
• Supporting CDOCS and LMS subject matter experts
• Gathering documentation and supporting with identifying potential areas of improvement, opportunity and risk
• Supporting JAPAC affiliate staff to accomplish healthcare compliance initiatives and goals and be an advocate for compliance best practices within the business
• Assisting in the development, review, implementation and administration of healthcare compliance programs, policies, standard operating procedures, tools, systems, job aids and trainings
• Understanding the business and compliance priorities and aligning individual priorities accordingly
• Working collaboratively with the Training and System team to address local needs

Additional Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for:
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with healthcare compliance
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Providing training and education to internal stakeholders on healthcare compliance best practices
• Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance healthcare compliance capabilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline
• Fluency in English
• Additional languages preferred
• Preferred experience working globally
• Compliance awareness/experience
• Working with cross-functional teams
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Project coordination and administration
• Technology proficient i.e. Share Point, Power Automate, Power Apps
