Job Title: Senior Education Coordinator

In today's rapidly evolving educational landscape, driven by advancements such as artificial intelligence and the increasing demand for interdisciplinary and experiential learning, the need for rigorous pedagogical research and data-informed educational improvements is more critical than ever.

The School of Public Health continues to strengthen its pedagogical practice with ongoing efforts supported by various activities, including course evaluations, educational data analytics, and educator-led research initiatives.

To sustain this momentum, it is essential to provide continued support for current and ongoing pedagogical research and educational quality assurance efforts. These include managing teaching-related data (e.g., student feedback and grades), facilitating pedagogical research workflows (e.g., literature reviews, ethics submissions, and grant applications), and assisting with manuscript drafting and dissemination of findings.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Streamline and maintain the data systems of the Education Office to support pedagogical quality assurance and continuous educational programme improvement.
  • Data Analytics: Perform data analysis to generate insights for enhancing pedagogical quality and educational outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Support Programme Directors in initiatives related to pedagogical quality assurance and educational programme improvement.
  • Pedagogical Research Support: Assist educators with pedagogical research, including conducting literature reviews, preparing grant proposals, preparing and submitting ethics applications, collecting data, conducting preliminary data analysis, and drafting manuscripts for publication.
  • Ongoing Tasks: Perform other duties as required.
