We are seeking a skilled interior designer to contribute their expertise in converting spaces into functional designs.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced designers who have track records in creating world-class designs for clients.

","What You Will Do">
Responsibilities include timely delivery of services and solutions with professionalism and quality at all times.
Work with lead designer and design team in supporting design implementation.
Transform creative ideas into functional design concepts based on given briefs and ensure they align with client objectives.
Provide space planning and design conceptualisation.
Liaise with clients on quotations and designs.
Prepare layout plans, perspective drawings, elevation plans and dimensional drawings.
Present designs to clients for approval.
Prepare design documentation and material selections.
Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients during construction/implementation phases.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
","Requirements">
Diploma or degree in Interior Design or Architecture required.
Three to five years working experience in Retail and Commercial interior design environments.
Strong design sensibility and technical ability to develop projects from concept to execution.
Excellent technical design skills for fixtures with an eye for detail.
Proficient in key design tools such as AutoCad, Sketchup, Vectorworks, 3D Studio Max, Illustrator, VRay and Photoshop.
Hands-on experience in producing detailed drawings and 3D modelling.
Demonstrate good knowledge of architectural production standards, detailing, building materials, building codes and construction.
Knowledge of space planning and technical design from approved design schematics.
Creative, resourceful and able to think outside the box.
Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
Excellent presentation skills and verbal and written communication skills.","en","Interior Designer
