Office Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team at HR Focus. As an Office Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing general administrative office support, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. This includes managing work pass-related matters, processing reimbursement claims, maintaining accurate staff attendance records, and overseeing fuel cards and cash cards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company are essential. Singaporean nationals with Higher Nitec qualifications and 2-3 years of administrative working experience are preferred.
