  • Maid Pantry Maintenance: Clean and maintain the maid pantry and service area daily to ensure a smooth operational workflow.
  • Corridor Cleaning: Remove dirty service trays & trolleys, cutleries, and crockeries from guest corridors to maintain a tidy environment.
  • Room Status Verification: Verify room status matches the Room Attendant daily report to ensure accurate records.
  • Daily Cleaning Quota: Clean an average of 15 rooms daily to meet our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Report maintenance defects to the housekeeping office to ensure prompt attention to any issues.
  • Lost and Found: Report lost and found items to the relevant department to maintain transparency and accountability.
