Job Title:
Train Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our train services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient train movements, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of train schedules and routes
  • Monitor and manage train performance, including punctuality and safety
  • Collaborate with station staff to ensure smooth passenger flow and minimize disruptions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to train crews
  • Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline preferably with engineering background or other qualifications with more than 3 years railway experience
  • Able to work under stressful environmental conditions and make sound and safe decisions while handling train incidents
  • Proficient and confident in operating computer systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
