**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of training programs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and manage operational processes to support training delivery.
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics for training sessions and workshops.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational costs.
- Collaborate with trainers, instructors, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality training experiences.
- Analyze feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Training Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training operations, program management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in [specific tools or software, e.g., Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Microsoft Office Suite].
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of training trends and best practices is a plus.
