Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RF Engineer to perform drive tests and optimize network performance. This role is responsible for conducting drive tests using industry-standard tools, collecting and analyzing data, identifying issues, and collaborating with optimization teams to improve network quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct drive tests in various locations to ensure network coverage and quality meet operational standards.
  • Collect, analyze, and validate data from drive test logs to identify areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with optimization teams to develop and implement solutions to address identified issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination on network optimization efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies to maintain expertise in drive testing and network optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in RF engineering, specifically with drive testing.
