Job Title: Process Improvement Specialist

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to make a meaningful impact on our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing and improving existing business processes, identifying areas for transformation, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop detailed process mappings and activity diagrams to visualize complex processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to validate and confirm identified processes.
  • Provide expert advice on process quality and efficiency to enhance business outcomes.
  • Support audit exercises by collaborating with stakeholders to address findings and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of related working experience in Business Process Analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous analysis/design documentation skills.
  • Pro-active, independent, resourceful, able to work in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive disposition with ability to work well with all functional levels within the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in process mapping, optimization, and transformation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to provide technical and domain-specific advice.
  • Experience in supporting audit exercises and ensuring compliance with business processes.
