Senior Operations Coordinator Job Description

As a pivotal member of our operational team, you will play a key role in driving excellence and contributing to business expansion. Your responsibilities will include fostering relationships with customers, suppliers, and production teams regarding procurement, processes, product specifications, and project status.

You will support the Manager in overseeing functions, resources, systems, and tools that enhance business operations. This will involve developing and monitoring short-term objectives and planning resource needs for the company.

Additionally, you will implement strategies to streamline coordination between departments and leadership. You will also be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service and relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships with customers, suppliers, and production teams regarding procurement, processes, product specifications, and project status.
  • Support the Manager in overseeing functions, resources, systems, and tools that enhance business operations.
  • Develop and monitor short-term objectives and planning resource needs for the company.
  • Implement strategies to streamline coordination between departments and leadership.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and relationships with vendors.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in manufacturing or similar functions.
  • A Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
