Job Title:

Business Solutions Analyst

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.

You will provide technical support for automation solutions, address user issues, and conduct training sessions for end-users. Additionally, you will gather operations requirements, work closely with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) team, and manage WMS change requirements and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Python, VBA, Power BI, and Power Automate, as well as experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Requirements:
  • BSc in Logistics/Supply Chain/Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines equivalent
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in related working experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and VBA, including scripting, macro development, and automation
  • Experience in creating Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization
  • Knowledge of Power Automate for building workflows, connecting applications, and automating tasks
  • Experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
