We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanic Leader to join our workshop.

About the Role
  • This is a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of various vehicles.
  • You will be in charge of supervising a team of mechanics, ensuring that they complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Your expertise in diagnostics, engine repairs, transmission, braking, and electrical systems will be invaluable to the team.
Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive vehicle checks to identify any issues or defects.
  • Supervise and lead a team of mechanics to ensure quality workmanship and meet deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Train and mentor junior mechanics to improve team efficiency and skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostics, engine repairs, transmission, braking, and electrical systems.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role is an advantage.
  • Ability to use modern diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
