We are a leading consultancy within Singapore and have an opportunity for a Mechanical Team Leader - Built Environment to join. As Team Leader you will have the responsibility for the management of:

- Technical governance and compliance.
- Resource management, staff development, training, and wellbeing.
- Work winning activities and business development.

With a solid background in building services engineering design, you will be commercially astute, technically strong and bring an entrepreneurial approach to your work. This role will lead, supervise, and mentor a team of engineers, along with:

- Lead, contribute and oversee detailed design and construction supervision of building mechanical services for commercial, industrial, infrastructure and institutional building projects.
- Lead the team to deliver, project management, relationship management and technical design responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders on projects starting from concept stage, design, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion.
- Help support the seamless integration of all other building disciplines and sectors at project level across the organisation.
- About You
- Possess a Professional Engineers Board (Singapore) practicing certificate/recognised university degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 8 years’ experience in building mechanical services design and execution for major development with a consultancy background.
- Experience of working in various infrastructure projects including industrial, performance venues, retail, education, healthcare, data centre and commercial.
- Solid knowledge in Singapore building standards, as QP, PD and PM experience on projects.
- A collaborative, open and constructive approach with highly developed relationship management, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- A digital and sustainability advocate.
