Requirements:
- Diploma in Social Work or a related field, such as Child Development or Family Studies.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience working with families or in early childhood education, ideally within social services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Organized, meticulous, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adjust to changing circumstances.
