Senior Manager of Securities and Derivatives

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Securities and Derivatives team in Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate actions, securities settlements, and derivatives trading.

  • Responsibilities include managing corporate actions processing, ensuring efficient client service delivery, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.

The role requires a deep understanding of financial markets and regulations, as well as excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Corporate Actions processing, including securities and derivatives settlements;
  • Ensure efficient and high-quality client service delivery with risk management and regulatory compliance;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide technical expertise and support business initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Banking/Finance;
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Actions, with at least 5 years in management;
  • Core competencies include knowledge of financial products, market infrastructure, regulations, operational risks, SWIFT messages, client service, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills.
