**Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for:

- BAU processes are timely performed, ensuring daily reconciliation are duly processed, resolved, and escalate recon breaks in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy and meticulous in daily processing of records and updates.
- Provide administrative support, documentation, collateral management, and statistics collation.
- Liaise with different stakeholders in supporting the daily operational activities and collaborate with various stakeholders for projects and business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements or automation and controls to achieve operational workflow and service efficiency.
- Subject matter expertise on Listed Derivatives and OTC Leverage Forex products, trade lifecycle events and front-to-backoffice processing.
- RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessment) action plan monitoring and reporting and CSA sampling
- Exchange Clearing activities are performed in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
- Well verse in regulatory reporting, HKEX LOP, SGX PCS, CFTC & CME large position reporting, etc.
- Perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Job Requirements
To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

- Minimum degree or its equivalent qualification
- Ideally 10 years in industry experience with minimum 3 years of experience into the manager role.
- Derivative Back office system knowledge
- Exchange clearing system and regulatory knowledge
Futures industry knowledge
- Good MS Excel /office skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with project management and implementation requirement
- Problem solver and equipped with an analytical mind to diagnose issues and ability to think-of-box solutioning is paramount.
- High sense of urgency and dedication to efficiency
- Strong communication, interpersonal and good organizational skill
- Team player, independent, resourceful and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail with accountability mindset
- Risk control mindset
- High sense of urgency and dedication to efficiency with process transformation mindset
