**Key responsibilities
- Executing OTC derivative transactions, such as swaps, options, and forwards across of Equity and commodity
- Analyzing market data to identify trading opportunities, monitoring risk exposure, and managing derivative positions.
- Analyzing pricing strategies, determining product profitability, and recommending pricing adjustments based on market conditions and competitive dynamics.
- Conducting research on market trends, client needs, and competitor offerings to gather insights and inform product development strategies.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to promote OTC derivative products, engage with clients, and provide product education and support.
- Assisting in the development and enhancement of OTC derivative products by collaborating with internal teams such as trading, research, and legal departments.
- Ensuring that OTC derivative products comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, working closely with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements.

**Job Requirements**
- Fresh graduate with relevant internship experience is preferred.
- Solid proficiency in data analysis with various statistical tools and programming languages (Python,Matlab).
- Strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and the ability to manage complex transactions
