Data Governance and Analytics Associate

Job Function: Investment Services Private Markets

Job Type: Contract

We are seeking a Data Governance and Analytics Associate to join our team. As a key member of our investment services private markets department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our Investment Book of Records (IBOR). You will work closely with systems and innovative tools to enhance our reference data management processes, enabling seamless data integration and accessibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of new capabilities in an enterprise data project for private markets
  • Participate in developing business user requirements and ensuring they are delivered according to the project plan
  • Monitor and communicate project progress, identify and mitigate risks ahead of time
  • Perform data migration activities in relation to system implementation
  • Develop project-related documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and training of end users

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems or related fields of study
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Experience in data projects and data management, with strong hands-on understanding of data governance principles and practices
  • Committed and motivated individual who is meticulous and enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Good project and time management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
