Production Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking an Industrialization Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and experience in electronics manufacturing or similar applications.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide Industrial Engineering Support: Offer technical expertise to manufacturing, including layout optimization, process/material flow analysis.
- Lead Productivity Improvement Initiatives: Oversee the development of strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Cost Estimate Studies: Conduct thorough studies to determine the feasibility of new products.
- Process Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update documentation for processes, procedures, and standards.
- New Idea Implementation: Collaborate with the product team to implement innovative solutions that optimize resources.
- Work Standards Establishment: Create and maintain work standards, routing, and performance metrics.
- Time and Motion Studies: Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Manufacturing Line Planning: Plan and set up manufacturing lines to ensure efficient production.
- Support Start-Up and Change Orders: Assist with new model start-up and engineering change orders.
- Quality and Cost Improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Work Group Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to a work group.
- Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' working experience in electronics manufacturing or similar applications.
