Production Operations Manager

Plan and execute daily manufacturing operations in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the overall status and recovery plan of equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate team members from multiple sites and diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Equipment Engineers and Shift Leaders to optimize tool utilization and achieve daily output goals.
  • Analyze upstream run modes and anticipate line variations to communicate additional requirements to Team Members.
  • Act as liaison between facilities, vendor representatives, and production personnel. Coordinate team efforts in case of emergencies and evacuations.
  • Publish detailed reports summarizing shift output, highlighting areas for improvement, and suggesting loss reduction initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Equivalent experience in cleanroom wafer fabrication is highly valued.
  • Relevant internship experience or prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, and basic coding skills are desired.
