Job Title: Manufacturing Process Lead

The role of the Manufacturing Process Lead is to oversee the production process and ensure that it is carried out efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising the production staff, enforcing health and safety regulations, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production staff and ensure that they have the necessary training to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Identify deficiencies in the production process and develop plans to improve them.
  • Organize and motivate the production team to achieve daily production goals.
  • Liaise with other engineers to develop plans that improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Support engineering and manufacturing teams by drawing up safety protocols and developing strategies to improve efficiency and profit.
  • Conduct daily supervisor and production meetings to achieve delivery reliability.
  • Record and report on departmental activities and production results regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Precision, or Industrial Engineering).
  • At least 3 years of experience as an engineer in a manufacturing assembly environment.
  • Good communication skills to perform mentoring and coaching of production staff.
  • Good knowledge of problem-solving methodology.
