Manufacturing Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to assume key responsibilities in our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process excellence and enhancing first pass yield for mature product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement strategies, optimize manufacturing methods and equipment used in part production, and manage Maintenance Review Board (MRB) reviews to eliminate non-conformance in the production process.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to functional departments to meet business objectives, participate in root cause analysis to resolve technical issues, and apply RTX CORE concepts in all aspects of manufacturing to support shop production initiatives.
  • BOM Management: Create and maintain various bills of materials (BOM), routings, and work instructions in support of production needs.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 0-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing and production environment or equivalent aerospace component manufacturing shop.
  • Strong organizational and planning acumen with project management skills, strong analytical, communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure in a team or as a single contributor.
