Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or process improvements to optimize production operations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed process changes or investments in new equipment or technologies.
  • Develop process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flowcharts, to ensure consistent execution of manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure that process changes meet product specifications and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
  • Internal Auditor certification for IATF16949, ISO9001, related Quality Management Systems.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Stamping.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement methodologies (such as Lean and Six Sigma), and quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards).
Desirable Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools for process optimization.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to product quality and process efficiency.
  • Ability to lead a team with professionalism and integrity.
