As a Manufacturing Process Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations to ensure efficient and effective output. This role is pivotal in meeting weekly targets and delivering quality products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize production flow, reduce cycle time, and improve inventory management
  • Analyze daily operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and resolve issues impacting delivery schedules
  • Design and implement integrated systems for materials handling, production processes, inventory control, and human resource optimization
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve best-in-class performance on cycle time, delivery, and productivity
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for production planning, execution, and control activities
  • Forecast production logistics and materials requirements to ensure readiness for weekly output plans
  • Review current resource levels to meet supply demands
  • Identify and address bottleneck areas, constraints on existing or new processes, or work procedures
  • Maintain a safe working environment through regular inspections and prompt correction of safety hazards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Applied Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science from an accredited institution
  • Experience in manufacturing process capacity planning, automation, scheduling, cycle time, and efficiency improvements
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including compressed night shifts
  • Outstanding organizational, coordination, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and basic coding skills desired
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
