We are seeking a skilled professional to join our construction team as a Construction Estimator. This role is responsible for performing various contracts and works, including pre- and post-contract administration, timely processing of progress claims, final accounts, tendering, and negotiations for new jobs.
- Prepare quotations, estimate cost, control costs, and budgeting
- Compilation of cost comparisons and recommendations
- Attend meetings to ensure engineering specifications, quantities in tender, construction, and shop drawings are accurately reflected in cost computations
