Job Title: Experienced Construction Cost Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled construction cost controller to manage and oversee various aspects of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely submissions, and effective cash flow management.

Claims Management: Manage and process all claims from suppliers, subcontractors, and clients in a timely manner to ensure smooth project progression.Procurement: Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive quotations and meet project requirements within budget.Subcontractor Management: Oversee the progress claims and final accounts of subcontractors, ensuring fairness and compliance with contractual obligations.Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on claims, variation orders, and contractual matters to resolve issues promptly.
