Senior Product Development Lead - AMEA
Drive business growth and profitability in the Asia, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) region by developing and executing strategic product development plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional product development strategies aligned with global objectives, supported by robust financial analysis.
  • Oversight of product lifecycle management, including development, launch, and maintenance of manufactured and OEM-sourced products.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to guide product innovation and supplier selection.
  • Liaise with R&D teams to create products and validate early product definitions.
  • Manage a team of Product Managers and a Center of Excellence, with direct accountability for select product lines and innovation initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 15–20 years in a related industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, high integrity, and adept at navigating complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience in life science industry preferred, Team management in larger AMEA geographies.
