**Job Title: Regional Product Manager**

**About the Role**:
Trinasolar module product manager who is based in region/local, work close with region sales. Report to Headquarter Product Management Director, dot line report to Regional head.

**Description of Key Job Duties**:
**Business driven, regional sale target supporting, following region sales BP target**
- Provide competitive product solutions for all sales order inquire for both utility and distributed segments;
- Regular customer visit (Quarterly TOP 10 visit is compulsory), communicate competitive product solutions to the customer and influence customers;
- Collect feedback from customers timely;
- Work closer with partners (inverter, tracker, test agency, tech advisors) provide comprehensive solution.

**New product launch and promotion in region market**
- Provide MRD and collaborate closely with HQ PM;
- Understand and train regional sales, timely, on new product development progress, supply capacity, capacity upgrade, certification progress, Datasheet, Panfile, etc;
- Full responsible for Regional certification on time, 3rd Party assessment for the value of new products, regional product knowledge PDM, website;
- Leading and driving new product regional launch, includes launch event planning, toolbox localization and transition, samples, Webinar, event presentation, customer visit and other promotion activates;
- Explore new ways to engage our users and deliver value through our products;
- Create, analyze and recommend Business and cases study for new offerings.

**Regional MKT insight, analysis and report (Update quarterly)**
- Investigate and collect regional market dynamics, customer & market needs, including regional segment analysis, customer distribution, trends and Long-term and short-term demand trends of products;
- Monitor regional competitor. Analysis competitor market strategy, competitor product strategy, competitive information. Analysis competitors' sales scale, price and product performance advantages and weakness in the region;
- Insight into innovation or improve potential opportunities for products;
- Provide formal report to HQ quarterly.

**Regional Product Strategy (Update quarterly)**
- Collaborate closely with global PM to implement global product strategy;
- According to the global capacity structure, product strategy from headquarter and regional market dynamics and analysis, Manage regional product portfolio. Maintain region product roadmap based on global product strategy. Enhance the regional competitiveness of Trina module products.

**Support product life cycle management**
- Product life cycle management, Implement and support HQ product upgrade and phase out.
- Work with HQ PM on delivery product changes, dig and explain values to sales teams. Communicate with regional sales and customers timely.
- Following product NPI and ECN change process, investigate product requirement, product demand in regional markets. Feedback and drive continuous optimization of mass production products.

**Skills Requirement**:

- At least 5 years professional experience in the PV industry in a technical position of a technical advisor, equipment provider; EPC contractor or developer;
- Professional use of PVSyst, PVsol;
- Self-management, striving, good time manner;
- Excellent Product management, PLM management knowledge, Goal Oriented;
- Excellent Marketing skill, Promotion, presentation skill;
- Strategic Thinking, Analytical Skills, PMP is a plus;
- Good communication, project management skill;
- Excellent English writing and speaking. Local language is a plus;
- Willingness and ability to travel in short notice across responsible region.
