Drive Regional Product Innovation

Senior Product Managers drive innovation and make a regional impact by developing and executing product strategies that meet business goals.

  • Develop Product Vision: Develop a clear and compelling product vision, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing) from ideation to launch, balancing business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.
  • Own Full Product Lifecycle: Own the full product lifecycle - from requirements gathering and PRD documentation to launch, iteration, and performance tracking.
  • Establish and Monitor KPIs: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product adoption, engagement, and ROI, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with External Partners: Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to integrate third-party solutions and expand the product ecosystem.
  • Drive API and System Architecture: Drive API and system architecture standardization to improve scalability and developer efficiency.
  • Mentor Junior Product Managers: Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building product management best practices across the organization.

Key Qualifications

  • Product Management Experience: At least 6 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical and data-driven mindset; proficiency in tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, as regular communication with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders is required.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in Content Platforms: Experience in content platforms, creator economy, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and system architecture fundamentals.
  • AI-Driven Solutions: Exposure to AI-driven solutions, risk control, or content moderation technologies.
