  • Support other ad-hoc department tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent role handling Agile projects.
  • Good to have certification in Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, etc.
  • Ability to map and review end-to-end processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
