About the role:
GrabAds is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Operations Analyst, (CRM/SalesForce) to join us as a SFDC expert to support our rapidly evolving and growing business. Responsibilities include translating cross-vertical and cross-functional business requirements into working SalesForce tools, strategising and defining solutions that meet both near and long-term business needs and objectives, and guiding business stakeholders and client-facing sales teams through workshops to ensure implementation success. You\xe2\x80\x99ll help our business stakeholders achieve success through defining the SFDC strategy for their business needs and end users throughout each stage of the implementation process.
A successful candidate in this role must have the ability to think strategically and effectively to develop thought leadership around SFDC and the general sales process, as well as the grit and problem-solving abilities to deep dive in certain topics as required. This individual must be passionate about digital advertising strategy.

As the Senior Sales Operations Analyst in the Sales Operations team
You will be an integral member of the regional team based in Singapore and will drive SalesForce roadmap planning, operations and execution processes with cross-functional and cross-vertical teams.
You will play a key role in defining and enforcing the governance and SOPs around SalesForce within the GrabAds organisation, which includes drafting out SOP policy documentation and guidance.
You will be the central point of contact for GrabAds on all SalesForce related projects, and you will lead the execution of key deliverables on SalesForce related projects (including the status and outlook on each active project), according to committed timelines.
You will be the central point of contact who supports GrabAds sales teams and leadership on SalesForce-related issues.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
SalesForce Project Management:
Understand the end-to-end sales process from order creation to billing and collections
Lead efforts to design and implement the long term development roadmap of GrabAds SalesForce system. Plan, conduct and support all activities leading to a successful launch of SalesForce projects, using a program management approach.
Understand business needs and be able to scope out business requirements.
Work closely with Grab\xe2\x80\x99s SalesForce Developer Teams to create enhancements and controls according to business requirements, escalate and resolve roadblocks when needed, to deliver outcomes within agreed timelines.
Collaborate with internal / external stakeholders and other Grab business units to implement Grab-wide SalesForce-related strategic initiatives and projects.
Participate in UAT, End User Training and Go-Live activities as required in the implementation of SalesForce projects.
SalesForce Access and Governance:
Manage the different SalesForce user access levels required within the GrabAds business
Conduct regular training sessions for new SalesForce users
Build a SalesForce governance framework to scale operations effectively in line with Grab\xe2\x80\x99s overall governance processes.
SalesForce Operations and Data Integrity:
Design and redesign account hierarchies on SFDC to enable macro and micro level reporting
Create and enforce SOPs for end-to-end usage of SalesForce platform with Sales Teams, including but not limited to, lead / account / opportunity management, revenue attribution etc.
Investigate and resolve SalesForce operational issues for SalesForce users.
Lead efforts to improve the integrity of SalesForce data by introducing mechanisms to ensure accurate and complete SalesForce record entries, and reduce data tampering.
External SalesForce Integrations and Marketing Automation:
Implement new enhancements to SalesForce, to improve user experience and workflow efficiency (e.g. ticketing system), and improve reporting capabilities (e.g. PowerBI integration)
Work closely with internal Marketing stakeholders to design and implement the Pardot platform to create an automated lead generation and qualifying process
Source external partners and integrations to manage the end-to-end order to cash process
SalesForce Reporting:
Create and maintain SalesForce booked revenue dashboards for Ads Leadership, Country Sales Heads and Sales Teams, to monitor sales funnel against sales targets.
Work closely with the Sales Analyst team to:
Create and maintain weekly revenue forecasting reports for Ads Leadership, Country Sales Heads and Sales Teams.
Prepare booked revenue data and reports to support business strategy, like the quarterly business reviews and market planning meetings.
Stakeholder management and communications:
Ensure SalesForce projects align with the overall strategic direction by Ads management.
Manage project roadblocks effectively while maintaining composure and communicating clearly.
Ensure transparent and timely communication, to keep all involved teams updated and engaged in the SalesForce projects.
Support designing solutions to complex business problems and gather requirements from relevant partners (direct and indirect stakeholders).
Ensure all participants have a clear role, define the \xe2\x80\x98RACI\xe2\x80\x99 matrix and create escalation points and triggers for delays.
\xef\xbb\xbfIn order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
5 to 8 years of work experiences in Sales Operations functions
Previous experience with SalesForce, ticketing systems and CRM systems
Any relevant SalesForce Certifications e.g. Certified SalesForce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Certified SalesForce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Certified SalesForce Administrator etc
Ability to use internal tools and industry tools to manage projects and communication effectively.
Experience in strategic planning and strong business acumen, project management skills and the ability to lead multiple high profile projects of varying timelines simultaneously.
Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can be applied across organisational levels, countries and cultures. Experience working in Southeast Asia is a big plus.
Proactive, resourceful and open-minded, with superior analytical thinking and problem solving skills, enjoy taking up challenges and developing creative solutions working comfortably in the face of ambiguity and a fast paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with senior, cross-functional and cross-vertical stakeholders throughout the company through exceptional relationship and consensus building skills.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and strongly recommended by peers.
Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing environment and help others progress through best practices in change management.
Fluent in both spoken and written English is a must.
Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite is a plus.
Previous experience in a technology driven environment is a plus.
