Procurement Specialist Job Description

Selecting the right products for our clients is a crucial part of our business. We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team and help us achieve this goal.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and process purchase orders based on inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Resolve discrepancies or issues with orders, invoices, or deliveries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Update the inventory listing in the E-procurement platform to reflect changes in stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of goods and orders by working closely with warehouse personnel.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and vendors.
  • A self-driven individual with a positive learning attitude and ability to adapt to new situations.
  • Candidates with ERP system knowledge and experience will be considered for senior roles.
