Job Title: Shop Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business success. The ideal candidate will oversee daily shop operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage day-to-day shop operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to meet sales and service targets, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering and control, minimizing waste and optimizing stock turnover.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized shop environment, focusing on visual merchandising and presentation.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation and payroll processing.
  • Prepare sales reports, staff rosters, and assist with payroll and commission calculations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail or beauty/SPA shop management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and customer service abilities.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
