We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team in Singapore.

Job Description
  • Comply with all outlet activities policies and procedures.
  • Perform mise-en-place, provide efficient, accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt customer service delivery.
  • Assist the Operation Manager in daily operations, including roster planning and ordering stock from suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Myanmar-speaking associates.
  • Work long hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Provide supervisor-level customer service that is fast, super friendly, and customized to each customer's needs.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in F&B outlets like food courts, coffee shops, or restaurants.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
